Phil Green

Director
Phil is a well-respected local identity in the Canberra valuation community with over 35 years of continuous experience. Phil has worked in major international and national firms and is now excited to launch his own boutique team of experienced and dedicated valuers to continue to provide the highest quality service to the Canberra community. Trusted confidant, providing strategic advice, Phil’s knowledge of the local market makes him sought after by banks, developers and owners. His advice includes formulation of disposal strategies, acquisition strategies, leasing strategies and redevelopment options including Town Planning considerations. The undertaking of valuations of all categories of real estate including but not limited to prestige residential, englobo estates, commercial, retail, industrial, rural and specialised assets. Prior to establishing his own company CBR Val in August 2025, Phil was Director of Valuation at MMJ Canberra and head of the Valuation & Advisory Division at JLL Canberra.

Haydn Rudat

Senior Valuer

Haydn joins Phil’s team at CBR Val after working with him for over six years at MMJ Canberra. Haydn commenced his valuation career in Canberra in 2001, working for private valuation firms and the Australian Valuation Office until its closure in June 2014. Haydn has a broad set of valuation skills from working in both the private and public sectors and a strong understanding of the Canberra property market. Haydn has particular strengths with LVC matters, prestige residential and commercial/industrial/retail assets. CBR Val will allow Haydn to continue to develop and expand his experience and engagement with all our clients we assist in the ACT market.
